RedLightTreat offers a 30-day money back policy for eligible consumer orders, plus clear handling for damaged, incorrect or missing items.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, contact support with your order number, product name and reason for return.
Return Eligibility
Returned products must be handled responsibly and include the device, accessories and available packaging. Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, neglect or improper power use may not qualify for a refund.
Refund Timing
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer refunds may require verified bank details from the buyer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We will review the case and may arrange replacement, refund or additional instructions.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping responsibility depends on the case. If the return is caused by our shipping or fulfillment error, we will review the appropriate remedy. If the return is buyer-initiated, return shipping may be the buyer?s responsibility.
