Warranty Policy
RedLightTreat products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty for eligible manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer use during the warranty period.
Not Covered
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, liquid damage, cosmetic wear, improper voltage or use outside the product instructions.
How to Request Warranty Support
Submit warranty requests with your order number, product name, photos or video of the issue, and a description of how the product was used.
Remedies
Depending on the case, we may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair instructions, replacement product or refund review.
